James also operates a Complete Piano Restoration Shop in Mechanicsburg, PA. He is equipped to Construct and Install new piano Sound Boards, Bridge Caps, Pinblocks, and Strings. Complete Action Rebuilding and Case Refinishing services are also available. He is a Licensed Installer for Stanwood Precision TouchDesign.

Authorized Sales and Certified Field Expert Installer for Dampp-Chaser Humidity Control Systems.

James is a graduate of the Aubrey Willis School of Piano Tuning and Repair (1973) and is a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) of the Piano Technicians Guild.
